Acceptance of Terms
By hiring Smith’s Construction, approving an estimate, or submitting a service request, you acknowledge and accept these terms and agree to conduct business in good faith. We appreciate your trust and look forward to delivering work that exceeds your expectations.
We do not sell, trade, or share your information with third-party companies. All information is securely stored and used solely to support your experience as a customer of Smith’s Construction.
Cancellations, Delays & Rescheduling
We understand that schedules can change. Please give us at least 48-24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
We also reserve the right to reschedule or delay work due to unforeseen weather, safety issues, material delays, or other uncontrollable factors. We will always notify you as early as possible if a change is necessary and work with you to find a suitable alternative.
Privacy & Communication:
Smith’s Construction may require a deposit before work begins, depending on the size and nature of the project. The remaining balance will typically be due upon project completion unless otherwise specified in writing.
Accepted payment methods include cash, check, or major credit cards. Invoices are expected to be paid promptly. Delayed payment may result in project delays or additional service charges.
Project Approval & Payment Terms
No project will begin until there is a clearly defined and mutually agreed-upon scope of work between Smith’s Construction and the client. You will receive a written or digital estimate that outlines the expected services, materials (if applicable), timeline, and total cost.
Both parties must approve any changes to the scope, and those changes may result in a revised estimate or schedule. Work will not begin until approval is documented.
